UKH Foundation is run by four trustees, who work in a voluntary capacity. The Trustees decide which good causes will benefit from the Charitable Foundation’s support in line with our overall mission and aim.

Andrew Redfern

Trustee

I am the Director of marketing agency in the North West and I am also the Chairman of UKH Foundation and have been involved since 2012. As trustees we are in a very privileged position to help North West charities allowing them to continue to enhance their fantastic service within the community.

Sarah Boustouller

Trustee

Sarah works as Head of Marketing and is a non-solicitor Partner, working for a law firm whose head office is based in the North West. She is an accredited Fellow by the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Sarah has been a voluntary Trustee of UKH Foundation since 2019, having a keen interest in supporting a diverse range of charities that help their local communities.

Julie Hulme

Trustee

I became a Trustee in 2018, having previously being a Non Exec (since 2013) for UK Healthcare prior to its sale. I feel privileged to be able to support the Foundation as we grow and evolve to ensure that we can make a difference to North West communities and charities.

Following a career in the corporate world which culminated in the achievement of HR Director at Jardine Lloyd Thompson, I now run a successful HR consultancy.

I am married with 1 son and love nothing better than walking my 2 black labs and spending time with family and friends.

David Udall

Trustee

I am a Chartered Accountant with a wealth of experience of working within General Practice and
Industry, currently employed as a Finance Manager in a family owned hospitality and drinks
wholesale business.

My involvement with UKH Foundation and its predecessor companies goes back over almost 35
years and I was originally asked to join the board to help with audit, accountancy and taxation
issues.

Through my membership of the JCI organisation, of which I am a Senator, I have been involved in
many community and personal development projects in a not for profit environment.
